As Scribe & Project Coordinator for Peter Pan’s Neverland, Zach Zamchick created the initial pitch that generated interest in the project. Once green-lit, he worked closely with producers and creatives to design the experience, memorializing it in a comprehensive “show bible” and timecode. Zach’s innovative tracking solution became the foundation for all show operations, coordinating 30 actors, 15 technicians, and countless cue-stacks across 11 playing spaces.

Zamchick also:
• Produced the initial performative pitch presentation in NYC.
• Generated a second experience for Broadway Asia, based on The Little Prince.
• Collaborated with Stage Management to ensure precise execution of cues and transitions, per timecode.
