As Creative Producer of The Bad Years, Zach co-conceived and developed the experience from inception through two sold-out workshop productions in Brooklyn. Adapting the traditional Broadway model, Zach acted as both a Lead Producer and a General Manager - building the team, raising capital, generating budgets and agreements, acquiring venues, and collaborating with brilliant emerging talents to sculpt the creative.
